Job Role and Responsibilities:
• Extensive customer service and support for internal customers.
• Capital goods supply, CAMC/AMC and ensure delivery in a timely manner.
• Interact interdepartmentally to streamline procedures and establish work requirements.
• Liaise with vendors, government agencies and statutory authorities.
• Forecast procurement needs basis internal and external understanding.
• Structuring product contracts for better output.
• MIS on purchase orders and inventory levels.
• Reduce OPEX and CAPEX.
• Ensure vendors execute supply and CAMC as per SLA.
• Purchase order generation.
Deliverables:
• Ensure smooth functioning of the branch and follow banking norms
• Responsible for monitoring business, compliance and operations
• Responsible for taking decisions that are cost effective and generate revenue
Educational Qualification:
Graduate with more than 2 years of experience in vendor management or procurement, preferably, Electrical or Mechanial engineers.
Work Experience :
Candidates with 1 - 7 years of experience into material purchasing, vendor management, procurement
