Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible to support business functions requirements for procuring goods and services by involving in the process of selecting vendors, source competitive prices, negotiating prices and contracts, managing vendors, Manage E-Sourcing & Reverse Auctioning, Strategic Sourcing, Price Negotiations with suppliers, Contract negotiations, Supplier analysis & Risk mapping, Track Supply/demand & price trends of raw materials, Absolute best cost analysis, Total cost of ownership analysis, Forecast of supply-demand-price for commodities / products / services, Best practices in the industry, Develop robust Sourcing strategy, Implement procurement strategy and policies, Forecast procurement needs, Develop and review purchase requests and ensure authorization as necessary to facilitate the timely purchase of new products, products and services, Negotiate pricing and purchase goods and ensure delivery in a timely manner, Administering an Internal purchasing system and create a successful procurement process, Structuring product contracts, Coordinate with suppliers and placing orders, Controlling departmental budgets, Help to lower the cost and secure agreements, Provided assistance in report development to senior account management, Maintained and updated diary lists and finance agreements.
Desired Candidate Profile
M. Com / any Graduate with certifications in Logistics would be added advantange
Candidate must have 6 to 8 Years experience in Sourcing and Procurement with any Life Insurance Company
