Hybrid Working

We are currently in the early stages of implementing a hybrid working environment, which means that many colleagues spend part of their working hours at home and part in the office, depending on the nature of the role they are in. We're flexible on how this works and it may continue to change and evolve. Depending on your team, typically this means that colleagues spend a minimum of between 20% to 60% of their time in the office, which could be over a week, a month or a quarter. However, some colleagues may choose to spend more time in the office over a typical period than their role type requires. We also have a flexible working process where, subject to business needs, all colleagues globally are able to request work patterns to reflect their personal circumstances These requests will be reviewed and agreed for a period of time i.e., will have a start and end date.

Introduction:

• This is a key role within the Performance & Analytics team where the role holder will be responsible to develop, support and maintain SharePoint, VBA and Alteryx based solutions.

• The role holder will also be responsible for developing and supporting regular MI reporting, management information (MI) and analytical requirements through the on-time production and application of effective, insightful, accurate and user-friendly MI.

What will you be doing?

• Develop, support, and maintain SharePoint, VBA and Alteryx based solutions.

• Developing and supporting regular MI reporting.

• Engage with key stakeholders to design, deliver & maintain solutions.

• Discussing ad hoc requests with key stakeholders, recommending appropriate solutions to meet their needs whilst ensuring that stakeholders are aware of the strengths and limitations of the approach.

What we're looking for:

• Graduate with excellent, proven SharePoint.

• VBA related experience in a project delivery capacity, specifically within a global business environment.

Skills that will help you in the role:

• Any certifications in Business Intelligence tools like Tableau

• Any prior experience of building automated solutions using VBA/Alteryx/Power Tools

• Prior experience of handling large data storage and manipulation activities
