About the role
We are seeking a Procurement Specialist to support the purchasing and supply needs of our retail and repair operations. The role focuses on analysing sales, stock levels, repair demand, supplier performance and purchasing trends, and using this information to provide procurement recommendations and support management decisions. Working closely with stores, technicians and management, the Procurement Specialist will help ensure products, parts and related supplies are sourced efficiently, at competitive costs, and in a way that meets business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, review and analyse sales, stock, supplier pricing, repair parts usage and supply data for phone cases, screen protectors, charging cables, audio accessories, repair parts and related products, and identify issues and trends affecting purchasing activities.
Analyse product demand, stock movement and replenishment patterns across accessory lines and repair parts to support procurement planning and stock allocation.
Evaluate suppliers and quotations in terms of pricing, product quality, delivery performance, supply reliability and service support, and develop recommendations on sourcing options.
Monitor market pricing, product updates, supply availability and related risks for mobile accessories, repair parts and other products, and assess their impact on purchasing costs and operational needs.
Maintain structured supplier records, quotation comparisons, procurement data and related documentation to support purchasing review, internal reporting and information management.
Prepare procurement analysis and regular summary reports on supplier performance, pricing movements, supply issues and purchasing outcomes, and highlight key risks and trends for management review.
Liaise with stores and repair teams to understand demand for accessories, repair parts and replenishment requirements, and incorporate this information into purchasing plans and supply recommendations.
Skills and Qualifications
A bachelor degree or higher qualification
At least two years of relevant experience in procurement, purchasing, supply coordination or a similar role;
Ability to analyse purchasing, stock and supplier information and use it to support procurement planning.
Good judgement in comparing suppliers, quotations and supply options.
Clear communication skills and the ability to work with different teams across the business.
Good Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, and experience using business or inventory systems.

Pay: $80,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
