Position Overview Chase is seeking a talented product associate to join our Digital Communications team.We're looking for a strong problem solver, clear communicator, and team player who is experienced in product delivery and technical execution. In this role, you will contributeto the strategic development, ongoing refinement, and execution of the Product roadmap.Partnering with theProduct Owner, you will develop and drive our product strategy, deliver on product success measures, and build strategic partnerships across the organization. Candidates should have excellent written and oral communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and outstanding analytical and research skills. Responsibilities Facilitate effective collaboration between assigned internal business partners and our Digital Communications product and technology groups Partner with our tech teams within their sprint cycles to be sure all epics and stories are delivered on time Grow into a subject matter expert on Digital Communications as well as your assigned business groups Provide support on weekly reporting efforts across a variety of forums Evaluate business requests through the lens of our customer-centered communications framework and influence stakeholders to find customer friendly strategies that deliver business results Qualifications 2+ years of product or relationship management or relevant experience as well as record of individual technical achievement Understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and tracking as it relates to product delivery Ability to influence stakeholders with diverse points of view Structured thinker, effective communicator with excellent written communication skills Proven track record of delivery and new product feature creation Ability to prioritize projects and efforts according to business need and industry trends Familiarity with the business services and offerings associated with Chase Ability to influence people at all levels across a broad variety of job functions Demonstrated ability to manage tight delivery timelines and calmness under pressure Commitment and self-motivation suitable to a start-up team BA or BS preferred Experience with agile product development techniques and continuous integration philosophies and practices for speed to market is a plus Experience with Microsoft suite (PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint) as well as JIRA and Confluence tools
