) To constantly innovate and develop customer servicing channels such as Salesforce, IVR, Chatbot. To build differentiated preposition that appeal and work with various stakeholders to implement them.
2) Establish synergy between product and requirement. To work with the development, design, business, IT and analytics partners, work on milestones.
3) Support the entire product release cycle- req gatheting, dev, testing, training, and release
4) To have understanding of functionalities and capabilities of all the three different platforms.
5) To benchmark all the offerings and share with management for successful implementation
6) Understanding of customer servicing issues is an added advantage.
7) Salesforce Certification will be an added advantage
