P&A Engineer is a key technical advisor and product advocate to actively drive and to manage the technology evaluation stage of the sales process.
The person would be closely working with High Speed Separator and Configured systems under BU HSS & FOS . Product knowledge of High Speed separator is required. Apart from product knowledge Candidate must have experience in some food application Like Food & Fruit processing, Beer, Dairy, Pharma, Starch, Beverage, Protein etc.

Job Description
• Work with existing relations or in products and in what is generated by sales team
• Lead the technical part of a customer requests making visits (physically or virtually), meetings and interactions to customers, focusing on product
presentations to offer a customized value proposition to the customer.
• Lead and Support in the quotation process in a customer project.
• Run virtual meetings, virtual seminars and webinars to increase awareness of AL products and services
• Be product champion in a product launch campaign or in product campaigns and drives.
• Be local trainer for a specific product and application: Define and delivery local training programs for the AL employees, channels and customers.
• Use the One CRM tool and other tools in a consistent and qualitative way, to support the sales process and take decisions
• Responsible to ensure business principles and governance are adhered to within area of responsibility
Knowledge
Technical knowledge. Product knowledge and deep understanding of the customer process and applications; Competent in various separation processes and products.
Digital communication. Express (written & verbal) in an appealing way: personal (authentic), concise, relevant. Use active listening. Have
a social media active profile and use digital channels to increase network and secure presence
Digital customer support interaction: Proactive, Service minded, strong in customer care and take quick actions
Facilitation skills: Ability to train and coach others on P&A certifications,
Qualification & Experience
Mechanical or Chemical engineering graduate with up to 5 years working experience in similar position and up to 10 years of total experience

The position is based in Alfa Laval's corporate office at Pune, India.
