Functional Role: Product & Communication Manager
Qualification: MBA/Chartered Accountant/B.Tech or equivalent degree.
Vertical : Agri Banking
Department : Product Management
Relevant Experience: 4-8 Years of experience in Product Management/ Credit Management
Functional Competencies:
• Expertise in Research on various product offerings for SME and Corporate clients
• Knowledge about various banking/financial products offerings or experience of KCC, working capital, term loan, project finance, etc financial offerings.
• Designing and Launching of new products and improving existing processes.
• Devise Process and Policy Notes. Impart Training of all products and processes to field teams.
• Responsible for formulation and execution of strategies, stakeholder management, market research, industry analysis & management MIS of said department.
• Manage multiple Audits including RBI, Statutory, concurrent etc for Agri Banking
Behavioral Competencies:
• Keen interest in latest and future technology trends in banking.
• Should be self-driven and have good analytical skills
• Eye for detail and identification of early warning signals.
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Innovative in nature and keep exploring better ways to approach any issue/idea.
• Good presentation, negotiation skills and MIS Skills.
Job Responsibilities:
Financial
• To monetize the products launched and handling of product
• To co-own the throughput and fee targets with Sales team
• To drive sales teams for proliferation of the Agri banking products
Non-Financial Responsibilities
• To work on development, marketing and distribution of the products in all geography
• To outline goals as well as potential risks, challenges and opportunities
• To monitor and measure the performance of the products after it is launched
• To keep abreast with competition on the product developments and portfolio behavior
• To keep an eye on various industries to identify opportunities and threats, early warning signals
• Take complete ownership of the assigned product category and leverage key skills to utilize the channels to promote the product.
• Monitor product development sprints and evaluate results through Data.
Compliance & Risk Responsibilities
• To maintain the MIS of product program for the business to sell it, launch new products, after duly assessing and measuring the risks associated with the segment the product caters to. Have inter departmental co-ordination for better results in executing any strategy related to product and processes.
• To maintain data of products for a particular segment in compliance with regulatory requirements
