We are seeking an experienced, results-oriented Data Product Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be at the intersection of data, technology, and business, guiding the development and management of our data driven products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product visions, ensure data quality, and deliver actionable insights that shape the future of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identifying Business Needs - Collaborate with stakeholders across various teams (executives, marketing, customer support, etc.) to understand business pain points and opportunities. o Define how data can address challenges, optimize processes, and drive growth.

Develop a clear vision and roadmap for data products that align with organizational goals.

2. Defining Product Requirements - Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications (user stories, data flow diagrams, ERDs) for data engineering, data science, and development teams. Define data sources, key performance metrics, and functional requirements for data products (dashboards, analytics tools, etc.).

3. Data Quality and Governance - Ensure the highest standards of data quality and integrity across all data products. Establish and monitor data governance processes to ensure compliance with industry regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR) and internal policies. Collaborate with data teams to maintain accurate, clean, and reliable data for analytics and decision-making.

4. Cross-functional collaboration - Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on product goals, timelines, and progress. Foster effective collaboration among data engineers, data scientists, and software developers to ensure seamless product delivery.

5. Product Roadmapping -Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap that aligns with business goals, outlining key deliverables and timelines. Prioritize features and projects based on business impact and resource availability. Balance competing demands to ensure the most impactful data products are developed first.

6. Monitoring and Analytics Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of data products post-launch. Continuously monitor product performance, gather feedback, and analyze user behavior to drive product improvements. Use data-driven insights to iterate on data products and enhance user engagement and satisfaction.

Qualifications: • Proven experience (2+ years) in a Data Product Manager role or similar position, ideally within a data-centric or technology-driven company.

• Strong understanding of data management principles, including data governance, data quality, and analytics.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., data engineers, data scientists, software developers) to deliver data-driven solutions.

• Familiarity with common data technologies (e.g., data warehouses, data lakes, machine learning models, cloud platforms).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and manage product development from concept to launch.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
