We are seeking a talented and motivated Design Engineer having 1 to 1.5 years of experience to join our innovative team. As a Design Engineer, you will be responsible for creating and developing new product designs from concept to production. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product manager,Industrial Designers, manufacturing engineers to ensure the successful execution of projects.
Responsibilities:
1. Utilize CAD software (solidworks) to develop 3D models and engineering drawings
2. Create detailed design based on customer requirements and industry standards
3. Create 3D printable design and validation after 3D printing for assembly
4. Conduct feasibility studies and perform basic engineering analysis based on manufacturing process applicable for the particular part
5. Collaborate with manufacturing engineers to optimize designs for efficient production
6. Participate in design reviews and provide technical input to improve product performance
7. Maintain documentation of design changes, specifications, and test results
8. Provide technical support and perform basic QC during the production phase for acceptance of produced parts , troubleshooting any design-related issues that may arise
+. Generate Bill of material , Technical presentation to showcase the design to the client as and when needed.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Production Engineering
2. Prior experience as a Design Engineer
3. Mastery of SolidWorks software.
4. Familiarity with engineering principles, sheet metal, plastics and manufacturing processes
5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems
6. Good communication skills, both verbal and written
7. A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality designs with manufacturing feasibility
8. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
