Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and creative Product Design Intern to join our team at BTST. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and creating the user interfaces for our SEBI registered RA/RIA portal and Investor/Trader portal.

These portals are at the core of our marketplace platform, where registered analysts/advisors and investors/traders come together.

As a Design Intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the founders to shape the user experience and visual identity of our platform.

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the founders to understand the requirements and goals of the SEBI registered RA/RIA portal and Investor/Trader portal.
• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that align with our brand identity and create an engaging user experience.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts and interactions.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders, usability testing, and user research.
• Ensure the portal designs are user-friendly, responsive, and accessible across different devices.
• Work closely with developers to ensure the designs are implemented accurately and maintain design consistency throughout the development process.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve the user experience of our platforms.

Skills and Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, User Experience Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into simple and elegant design solutions.
• Knowledge of responsive design and best practices for designing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for typography, color, and visual aesthetics.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and front-end development is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
• A portfolio showcasing your design projects and process is required.
