About the Role
As a Product Design Lead, you will be responsible for driving the overall design vision and strategy for our products. Reporting to the Design Manager, you will lead a team of designers and collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to craft seamless, user-centric digital experiences. Responsibilities
• Own and drive the end-to-end design process, from concept to execution, ensuring intuitive and impactful user experiences.
• Lead and mentor a team of designers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to align design strategies with product goals and user needs.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions and improve existing features.
• Develop and maintain scalable design systems, component libraries, and style guides to ensure brand and UX consistency.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles while balancing business objectives and technical feasibility.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance design processes.
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in product design, with a proven track record of leading design projects and teams.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design thinking, interaction design, and visual design expertise.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma (including latest features), Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and articulate design decisions.
• Experience working in agile development environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a rapid iterative design approach.
