Job Brief:
This candidate will have a strong ability to create an attractive product based on business and product needs. This candidate should feel comfortable creating prototypes and communicating with internal teams in order to deliver wholesome solutions. The candidate should also have an ability to follow budget constraints and demonstrate some pieces of previous works through a portfolio. Must be a mix of UX & UI and comfortable in both.
Must Have Skills:
Figma | UX/UI | Design Systems | Prototyping | Wireframing | IA ( Information Architecture ) | Research & Ideation | Branding
Add-on Skills: Photoshop (Basic) | Illustrator | AI ( Any design based AI tool )
Responsibilities
• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps.
• Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets.
• Build page navigation buttons and search fields.
• Develop UI mock-ups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like. Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
• Examine previous design feedback and briefs for new projects, and collaborate with the team.
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
• Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images
• Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.

• Overall head the brand design requirement
Prior Experience
• Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
• Portfolio of work in UI/UX design for mobile and web platforms with major in UX.
• Excellent knowledge of Sketch, InVision, HTML, FIGMA, Wireframe, Visio, iOS, Android, Adobe Creative Suite, and other software.
• Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, other
• Team spirit: strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders. Ability to work both in a group and independently.
• Good time-management skills.
• Working understanding of lending products.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's/Masters degree in design
• 2 - 5 years experience in product design or related field
• Strong creative, design and communication skills
• Portfolio of work in relevant sector
