Job Description
We are looking for a designer with experience in Product Design and has worked with organizations who builds software products.
For a designer to be successful in our organization, there are multiple aspects of what we look for in a product designer.
• Product thinking - what is the problem that the user has and what are we solving for understanding the scope of work, problem space and the approach that the designer takes to or the process that they follow.
• Visual Design – How effective visual designs are?
• Execution which includes Interaction design – How does a product interact with users? What is the flow? How does the flow look like? How user centric the flow is?
In addition to these things, there are another aspect which helps a designer to be successful is storytelling.
• How to bring your stakeholders, i.e; product managers and engineering partners to understand the flow that you're designing for, and it also includes the presentation skill of how clearly, you're able to communicate your ideas to your stakeholders, to your team members and get their buying.
