- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a portfolio showcasing alignment with client objectives.
- Proficiency in user research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and usability testing.
- Background in human-centric design principles.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills for cross-functional teamwork.
- Ability to gather and interpret qualitative and quantitative feedback for design refinement.
- Passion for design and continuous improvement in UI/UX practices.
- Proficiency in design software and wireframe tools, including Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Adobe XD.
- Proficiency in video editing software.
- Strong time management and organizational skills to meet project deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred.
- Solid understanding of online marketing channels, including web, social, email, search, and mobile.
- Ability to align business objectives with project goals to drive success.
- Familiarity with web analytics tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration.
- Experience with wireframing in Adobe.
- Highly organized, task-oriented, and business-minded with strong project management skills and attention to detail.
