About the Internship:Key responsibilities:
1. Creating functional, technical and go-to-market solutions
2. Partnering with the product managers, engineers, and other colleagues, working in a cross-functional and distributed team (together, you will be actively involved in defining the customers' and the business problems)
3. Identifying the key metrics for the projects you are involved in and taking ownership of achieving their success
4. Working on wire-framing to designing end-to-end flows and prototypes, being in charge of designing products that solve problems simply and elegantly while taking care of every small detail
5. Turning the complexity of a chaotic banking world into the simplicity of a beautiful solution that truly solves customer needs, thus running user testing workshops
6. Iterating, implementing and presenting the final solution during the design reviews
7. Working on the design system to ensure we are speaking the same language as a team, we have the support of a design system

1. An open-minded, focused, determined, good listener, and you aren't afraid to make mistakes
2. Preferably 0-1 year of experience as a designer and have worked in an agency, tech company, or a freelancer
3. Have a competitive drive to work hard and perform on the job
4. A portfolio featuring examples of product design work
5. Strong design skills across iOS, Android and web platforms
6. Ability to think at a high level about product strategy and clearly articulate design decisions
7. Ability to understand technical implications in their design decisions
8. Ability to take ownership of the design process and work as a self-directed member of the development team
+. Strong UX focus and understanding of human behavior
10. Clean visual design sense
11. Love to solve problems and be challenged
12. A constant learner (always growing - both personally and with the team)
