Your work will directly impact our users in the B2B eCommerce space, helping them navigate complex workflows with ease and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Collaboration
Partner with product, engineers, and subject matter experts to refine and bring the product vision to life.
Translate business objectives and advocate for the user needs by creating design solutions that align with both the user experience and company goals.
Advocate for user-centric design principles and design best practices.
Negotiate across departments and with leadership to make compelling cases based on data, best practices, or future facing implications.
Design Execution
Develop user personas, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and/or similar artifacts to communicate design concepts and test ideas.
Create low-fidelity wireframes, detailed user flows, and high-fidelity UI mockups for web and native mobile (Android and iOS) ensuring a cohesive digital experience.
Design animations and micro-interactions to enhance usability and delight.
User Research
Conduct user interviews, usability tests, and heuristic evaluations to gather insights and validate design decisions.
Use data and research findings to inform and iterate on design solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify user pain points and opportunities.
Collaboration & Delivery
Work closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and pixel-perfect implementation.
Present design concepts and decisions to stakeholders, gracefully but rigorously defending design decisions while also incorporating feedback as needed.
Facilitate and align a group of stakeholders with diverse needs.
Contribute to and maintain a scalable design system that ensures consistency across all products.
Participate in design critiques and collaborate on ways to elevate the overall design quality across web and app.
Qualifications and Skills
Experience: 2+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or Interaction Designer across native mobile and web applications.
Technical Proficiency:
Experienced with design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
Skilled in creating animations and micro-interactions
Familiarity with design handoff tools like Figma Inspect.
Strategic Thinking:
Ability to translate business goals and user research into actionable design strategies.
Experience shaping product direction and contributing to roadmap discussions.
Research Skills:
Proficient in planning and conducting user research and usability testing.
Skilled in synthesizing research findings into actionable design solutions.
Soft Skills:
Strong communication skills to articulate design decisions to stakeholders.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and mentor team members.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a growth mindset.
Preferred Skills
Experience designing for complex workflows or data-heavy applications (e.g., B2B platforms, eCommerce).
Knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).
Familiarity with mobile app guidelines (e.g., Material Design, iOS Human Interface Guidelines).
Graphic design experience with marketing materials such as flyers, banners, advertisements, logos, and branding assets.
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in fast-paced environments.
