Minimum Qualifications
3+ years of experience in product, UX, or interaction design, preferably in a tech-driven environment.
Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design, visual craft, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to take responsibility for the overall quality of products, proactively seek solutions, and drive projects to completion.
Proficiency with design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite).
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to diverse audiences.
