Product Designer :- (with one of our leading Ed tech Client)
Role:-
The role requires you to collaborate with creative, product, engineering, media, analytics, and compliance/legal to develop impactful experiences that engage customers and drive adoption. You would work with the internal design and other teams and clients and synergize our businesses by integrating/supporting their products/offerings or taking on projects geared towards achieving a client’s specific goals. You will build competition and market intelligence through research to make decisions on design, prioritization of features/integrations and ensure successful execution around the growth and monetization of the products/projects assigned. It would be crucial for you to track product KPIs and take data driven decisions for product enhancements that impact business
Roles and Responsibilities -
Develop Design Strategies
Develop and implement successful design strategies, outlining how the design team will create deliverables and implement them for the project.
Manage Design Team
Manage a team of designers, evaluating individual design deliverables and overall team performance. Also deliver critical feedback where needed and encourage team members. Collaborate with Product and Business Teams
Collaborate with other teams to ensure that success. Work mostly with product development and business teams.
Present Design Ideas
Once design strategies have been developed, present them to the other teams. While presenting, speak about expected outcomes.
Evaluates Design Performance
Once a design has been finalized and implemented, track and evaluate feedback. Create an overall picture of how well the design performed
Skills and Qualification Required :
• Bachelors and master’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, or other relevant fields. Focus on courses such as user experience, design principles, and design tools training.
• Looking for someone with 4- 10 years of experience in a design direction role. (Ecommerce /
Ad Tech Background shall be preferred)
• Artistic innovation – introduce artistic innovation, thinking of new ways to create unique designs that have meaningful impact on customers
• Conflict management – manage and resolve conflict between individual team members and between different teams
• Negotiation skills – working with other teams to implement changes to a product’s design, influence others, leading them to understand why certain design aspects matter more than others
• Leadership – able to deliver clear feedback to their team members
• Analytical thinking skills - Able to understand the data once the design is live
