Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Developer & Training Executive located in Pune. The Product Developer & Training Executive will be responsible for product development, Design the training program for trainers, Conducting training sessions, work in research development department.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Robotics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in robotics and IoT projects and Embedded System
• Commands on Microcontrollers like Arduino, ESP, etc...
• Proficiency in software development languages (e.g., Python, C++) and Web Development
• Experience in creating and delivering technical training programs
• Familiarity with educational technologies and e-learning platforms
• Experience in any field are plus.
Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong presentation and public speaking abilities
• Adaptability and quick learning capacity
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Time management and organizational skills
• Customer-oriented mindset
• Patience and empathy, especially when conducting training sessions
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
• Self-motivated with a passion for continuous learning and staying updated with emerging technologies
Compensation: 4-5 LPA CTC
