Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the product development process from concept to final production, ensuring designs align with company standards and market trends.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to create innovative jewelry concepts using both manual techniques and CAD software.
• Oversee the production planning and control (PPC) process to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and sales, to align product development with business goals.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful product launches.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements throughout the development process.
• Qualifications:
• Graduate from the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) or equivalent.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in product development, specifically in the jewelry manufacturing industry.
• Strong expertise in jewelry conceptualization, both manual and CAD.
• Proven track record of managing product development projects from concept to delivery.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
