Job description
To support current faculties academic progress, provide timely feedback on assignments, exams, and overall student performance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. To support their academic progress, provide timely feedback on assignments, exams, and overall student performance.
2. Assess, correct and create assignments, tests and ppt notes, while also handling invigilation duties.
3. Design and implement a well-structured Teaching Learning Plan (TLP) that align with curriculum objectives.
4. Offer personalized support to students by addressing their questions, and providing additional help when needed.
5. Take over teaching duties to maintain the flow of the curriculum, ensuring clarity and engagement.
6. Stay updated with subject-specific developments and integrate current trends and advancements into your lessons.
7. Candidates should have a strong willingness to complete tasks and demonstrate promptness in their work.
Candidate Profile:
1. Have completed a B.sc or B.tech degree.
2. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in your subject area (Physics & Chemistry).
3. Freshers with strong knowledge of the subject are welcome to apply, and a basic understanding of mathematics is required.
4. Familiarity with creating Teaching Learning Plans (TLPs) for structured course delivery.
5. Strong English communication skills and the willingness to teach live online classes with enthusiasm and clarity.
6. A passion for teaching, and inspiring students to love and excel in your subject.
7. Must be able to gauge the depth of concept when framing it in a question - critical and conceptual.
8. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
+. Need minimum 1 year commitment for this position.
Please note that this is an evolving role, and there may be a need for full time teaching and also relocation in the future.
Assignment for Shortlisted Candidates:
Candidates who are shortlisted will be required to complete an assignment as part of the selection process:
1. Create a PowerPoint presentation (PPT) on a topic of your choice from any chapter of Science subject from the 10th-grade curriculum.
2. The PPT must contain a minimum of 6 slides and a maximum of 10 slides.
3. You are encouraged to make the presentation visually engaging. (For example, adding animations, images, or charts to enhance clarity and presentation).
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Salary Range - 15k - 20K (for 1st academic Year)
Probation Period - 3 Months

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience delivering CRM solutions within the Financial Services industry, coupled with a deep understanding of Customer Engagement, Customer Onboarding, Sales, and Customer Service concepts, and their applications in Financial Services. This role involves envisioning, prioritizing, and developing the features and functions of the VeriTouch product to meet the needs of both customers and internal stakeholders.
