Job Title - Product Economics Lead - Application Development and Compliance Costs
Location – Bangalore
Role Description
The Chief Technology Cost Office (CTCO) within the Technology, Data and Innovation (TDI) COO team are responsible for providing bank wide technology cost transparency that enables the bank to maximize the value of its technology spend. The CTCO supports technology cost decisions, business chargeback and business case information requirements using an Apptio cost model that enables technology leaders and business partners to understand the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) of their technology estate & also have a clear view of their consumers. The CTCO collaborates with technology leaders and business consumers across the bank to support the delivery of business & technology objectives.

Your Key Responsibilities
End to end responsibility of Cost Management, Cost Transparency and Business Allocations of Application Development and Compliance (ADC) costs
Ownership of cost allocation model related to Application Development and Compliance Costs (ADC)
Complete understanding of cost components related to ADC essential maintenance and ADC services and commercial implications of dynamically changing technology contracts/landscape into the product pricing
Regularly engage with senior management to drive commercial discussions and provide oversight to achieve CTO cost targets
Work with multiple stakeholders within the Technology function to ensure a high level of data accuracy in the model
Business stakeholder management – Be able to provide insights and explains to business consumers on their end user bill
Your Skills And Experience
Basic understanding of / (Aptitude to understand) Technology cost components to maintain and run an application.
Strong data modelling and excel skills
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work with teams and drive output across multiple stakeholders
Strong communication skills
Past experience in change management (COO / Business Finance division) or understanding of tools like db Clarity.
Past experience of managing teams (Preferable)
Expected to quickly learn the concepts of TBM and Apptio – Not expected to do any Apptio development work but should be willing to learn and understand the functionality
