Qualification:
B Pharma & M.B.A./PGDBM in Marketing from reputed institution like SIES-Mumbai or NIPER-Mohali
Role:
To drive & execute assigned responsibilities of division. To assist division in gaining % MS & rank in OAD market (Oral Antidiabetic Drugs)
Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
To assist in developing and proposing long-term and short-term strategies, helping in scientific communications and promotional tools to engage customer.
To assist in focusing on customer segmentation, helping in gaining prescription share, driving POB campaigns that will support growth visions of division
To analyze external / internal data to conclude action pointers in order to arrive at the market trends (domestic and global), competitors, and the need-gap for new product/therapy
Drive the focus of sales team on existing on given objectives that would help division to maintain high/forecasted GC
Day-to-day coordination and collaboration with Marketing and Sales Heads, Technical services, Advertising agency, and interface with other departments of organization
Briefing and training of sales team on new and existing brands.
Field work and maintain engagement with key customers/services
Skills:
Excellent and high-confidence communication and presentation skills
understanding of pharma customer, brand management, strategic visions, and development of various techno-commercial promotion tools
Innovative thought process, proactive and project initiator
Ability of team playing, decision making, and problem-solving
Understanding digital marketing would be an added advantage
