We are a bunch of ambitious, customer centric, data centric and fun humans. - This role is about owning the automation of business processes for our clientsExperience Range: 0 - 3 years Educational Qualifications: Any graduation, Job Responsibilities: Job responsibilities - Learn the usage of in house automation tool (Zigchat)Understand the business process of the client and prepare flowchart or workflow diagrams to describe these business processesIdentify the third party integrations and reporting requirements to achieve complete automation of the client’s business processesBreak down the workflow into smaller use cases and configure the same into an automation tool (Zigchat).
