Digital Marketing Support
• Quora posting ( 12 per year as per KPI segment-wise) and Driving the Quora's KPIs
• SEO Off page Activities - Team Lead role with the support of zonal Marketing
• Regular bot process execution (RPA) (Missed Call, Facebook Comments , Facebook leads integrating with Maadhyam ) - Once per day and SPOC for the maintenance
• Social Media CS (Responding to messages/complaints in social channels)
• Infrastructure updation in Google places
• Paid Campaigns Support as per the demand
• Social Media Postings ( alternate months )
• SMS & Email Campaigns execution (Templates registration for SMS , vendor coordination for the associated platforms)
• New Franchise FB campaign coordination and facilitation between Digital Marketing & Sales Team
• Content inputs to the Digital Marketing Team related to Retail business ( for all digital activities )
• Research and come up with new ideas for the DM campaigns
Lead Generation
• Collaborate with various apex & trade bodies, associations, subscribed platforms ( Vanik , Just Dial & other similar tools ) Get their data & do some engagement activities like webinars, meetings & presentation
• Overseeing & Managing the facilitation by the zonal team for the webinars ( Stakeholders- Sales, Digital Marketing , Zonal Marketing ) for New Franchisee leads
• Working with Digital marketing team for higher lead generation through various campaigns
• Finding out more ways to generate quality leads
• Though focus is on New Franchisee creation, at the same time end users engagement & activities for generating more leads need to be focused
Branding and Brand Audit
• Coordinating with Zones for their branding requirements and execution (Finding a vendor, selection, coordination and execution) as per the Branding calendar. Also taking ownership of all branding activities- region, offices, FP Terminals & other elements of branding
• Yearly Brand audit including Data collection, analysis , report, presentation of reports and recommendation , all in coordination with Zones as per the yearly audit plan
Reports & Analytics
• Analytics on Marketing spend on a quarterly basis, spend on Marketing collaterals
• DM Reports
• LGR Reports
• Mailchimp and SMS Reports
• DM Scores/Audits Report
• Chatbot Analytics
• MIS Marketing Reports
• GA Reports
• Paid Marketing Reports
Selling Tools and Collateral Management
Coordination and Management of all collaterals (posters, leaflets, hoardings, etc.) plus any event (internal or external) specific requirement at Zones (with Zones ensuring its implementation)
Trade Fairs & Exhibitions
• Finding various Trade Fairs , Evaluation , Yearly calendar , Participation , Coordination with Zones for a smooth execution
• Quarterly sharing of information ( with the support of zonal marketing executives) of various Trade Fairs around the country as a part of Market Intelligence
NPS
• Coordination and rolling out the Global NPS in coordination with SHV & IPSOS ( agency ) for the yearly NPS on I & C Customers
• Design, Execution and Reporting of various feedback & analytics ( as per the business need i.e. NPS - Domestic , Franchisee Feedback from Sales Managers or Franchisee or end customers for various business topics, working etc )
Advertisement and Sales Promotions
• News paper ads for Cylinder Franchisees , various Souvenir advertisements & other on the ground promotional activities in the field in coordination with Sales & other stakeholders
• Exploring collaboration activities with other agencies / tools provider for enhancing the promotion experience for a higher reach to our target audience. Procurement of all Promotional Items in coordination with Zonal Marketing team & Sales
Gifts , Compliments , Table Calendars
• Facilitating Gifts, compliments for various events at Zones and Corporate office
• Ownership of Table Calendars in collaboration with the Designer for the print as well as seamless dispatch as per the time schedule
PR/PO Activities
• Creating all PR related to Marketing , coordinating with all the stakeholders & ensuring smooth roll out from PO to Payment
• Vendor Management - Maintaining the existing Vendor Data & adding more as per the need , all the data to be hosted in the Marketing one drive .
• Ensuring specification sheets for all the procured items and it's well documented in the Marketing one drive
Upskilling
• Going through the various upskilling modules ( in-house or external) based on the assessment for the various functional & soft skill requirements
Requirements
Qualification : MCA / B Tech / MBA from a reputed institute
Industry Preferred : Consumer Goods, FMCG, Retail
Experience Range : 3-5 years
Minimum Work experience: Overall 3 years of Experience out of which 1.5
years should be in Digital Marketing
