The Role

Veeva CRM Suite of solutions provides the foundation for Digital excellence, powered by data, multichannel CRM, and content management. Our products help pharma companies engage with their customer using multichannel capabilities and visualize 360-degree customer engagement. As a Product Expert, you will be responsible for presenting the product vision of the CRM Suite to MNC clients in India, capturing and investigating feedback, and furthering their product adoption. To succeed, you must be able to ‘go broad and go deep’ – think strategically to define messaging that works in-region, understand what drives a customer request, and help them navigate our products, modules, and features.

What You’ll Do
• Lead as a subject matter expert for Veeva’s CRM Suite in India
• Ensure Veeva customers in India can realize the value of Veeva CRM innovation
• Stay up to date with the product offerings’ latest features, capabilities, and roadmap
• Engage with customer stakeholders to discuss Veeva’s product vision and roadmap
• Identify key customer needs and requirements that are not adequately met by the current products
• Escalate requests for product enhancements, new features, or roadmap priorities to the APAC Product team
• Provide support to all areas in the organization including Sales, Marketing, Services & Support
• Drive customer success by ensuring customers fully utilize and benefit from Veeva CRM solutions
• Develop strong customer relationships, lead regular meetings, and identify and implement product adoption strategies
• Collaborate with the wider APAC Product and Commercial teams to deliver product communication, such as white papers, demo recordings, and online and in-person community meetings

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Product Deployment/Management or Solution Consulting responsibilities in global IT companies for at least 5+ years or CRM Administration/IT Business Partner responsibilities in global pharma for at least 5+ years
• Experience in Design specification and/or Requirement Gathering
• Ability to understand and communicate architectural requirements, preferences, and limitations to both business and technical audiences
• Excellent verbal and written English
• Based in Mumbai
