Role Responsibilities
• ICON Project Lead will be a functional lead with following skillsets:
• User engagement to document business requirements
• Ability to understand end to end architecture of the ecosystem supporting ICON and proposing design options to users
• Development team engagement to explain user requirements
• Manage user testing post development & project testing completion
• Lead and provide guidance to team members
• Stakeholder management
Regulatory & Business Conduct

• Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.

• Product Control & Valuation Control Users, particularly Aspire representatives and PC EXCO
• Aspire Product Finance team members
• Aspire Technology team members
• Other Workstream team members in the Aspire Product Finance programme
• Other Workstream team members across the broader Aspire Programme (Data, Core Finance, Local Regulatory, Treasury)
• Group and Country Finance team members
• CIB Operations Change team members
Our Ideal Candidate
• Product Control or Financial Reporting experience
• Practical experience of designing and implementing Finance process flows either in a BAU or Project capacity
• Strong Business analysis skills
• Able to perform gap analysis, identify and escalate issues and risks to the appropriate parties
• Knowledge of the Group's financial systems and processes would be helpful
• Strong self-starter with minimal need for guidance/supervision
• Ability to work in a team with good interpersonal skills
Role Specific Technical Competencies
• Sound judgement is required in identifying implementation and systems issues and suggesting measures to plug them.
• Judgement and complexity in the job arise when dealing with other stakeholders in the project team. Working with business users, development team in a collaborative manner and implementing the appropriate solutions.
• Organisational skills in managing of user backlog and being able to articulate and prioritise issues and resolution
