Position Summary
• Responsible for driving and scaling up insurance business across the various channels within the organization.
• Product Lead for Group Credit Life Product.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Develop & implement strategy to integrate and develop the overall Life & General insurance business in the company.
• Driving maximum product penetration of insurance products (Life Insurance, General Insurance, Health Insurance).
• Ensure proper compliance to the regulatory guidelines.
• Conduct governance meetings & reviews as per the business need with the internal stakeholders and partners.
• Ensure 100% adherence to the sales management process
• Work with the insurance partners to ensure best in class products, operations & technology process to ensure smooth and simplified functioning of business
