Product Head - Business Banking Lending and Trade Finance
The Product function for the core Business Banking Lending and Trade Finance products suite for Private Bank India involves leading Working Capital Finance, Trade Finance, Supply Chain Finance, FX, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver financial metrics; pertaining to Revenues, Book growth and Portfolio performance.
Effectively manage the Business Banking – Lending product team; and further interact with multi-disciplinary functions as a key owner of the product.
Focus on new Product development, Project management and Process enhancement.
Requirements:
Product / Sales experience of 15 yrs plus with a focus on Business Lending, with a strong knowledge of Trade Finance and Supply Chain finance nuances too.
Project management experience, should have delivered at least one product from conception to delivery.
Strong assessment capability of customer financials with upto date general knowledge of different industries / trends.
Well-versed in understanding the legal and technical intricacies around real estate (as a collateral) pan India.
Team management skills.
