Job Description
- 5 years of core experience in FD-BFSI exposure is a must.
- Product owner for HPE (Savings) would contribute to the increase in engagement with the Exiting To Bank (ETB) customers. Customer Life Cycle Management would be core responsibility of this role using the HPE (Hyper Personalization Engine) framework of the Bank.
- Leverage on customer DNA tags to design targeted offers for SA & FD customers
- Ideation, conceptualialisation and execution of offers by collaborating with HPE team Marketing and BIU
- Identifying customer behavior towards purchase and usage of banking products and services
- Creation of post Onboarding engagements for New to bank SA customers
- Collborate with BIU to build predictive attrition model for preventing attrition through relevant communications
- Review portfolio trends & identify factors that could predict dip in customer engagement and take necessary actions to prevent inactivity
