Define and drive the UPI product strategy, aligning with broader business goals.
- Lead the development and implementation of new UPI-based payment products and features, ensuring they meet market needs and regulatory requirements.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, government regulations (e., NPCI guidelines), and emerging technologies related to UPI.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with engineering, design, operations, and business teams to ensure the successful delivery of UPI products.
- Act as the primary liaison with the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI), banks, and other external partners to ensure smooth UPI integrations.
Product Roadmap & Execution:
- Own the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and continuous optimization.
- Manage product backlog, prioritize features, and ensure timely releases.
- Leverage data and user feedback to iterate and improve UPI features and offerings.
