Job Purpose:
Scope out and deliver products to meet the Business Banking value proposition for the Bank. Guide, nurture and work with Sales teams to build capability and ensure superior delivery to the customer. Work within the compliance boundaries set by regulatory bodies and bank Maximize efficiency through Product Innovation, Process Re-engineering .Create Framework to deepen Business Banking Relationship for the Bank
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Conceptualizing and implementing the Product and Portfolio strategy for new customers acquisition and deepening of relationship through CMS, trade/fx and Working capital requirements; develop product lines that enable growing the business banking book
• Developing micro market and segment related solutions along with sales team in respective geographies to give differentiated proposition to customers
• Building enabling work environment through capability development of teams by being subject matter expert on business banking solutions
• Driving service architecture through seamless integration of various channels supporting the business including branch banking, phone banking, etc.
Building collaborative work culture between branch, assets team and support structure to enable front line teams.
• Build, Grow and Nurture the team.
• Building collaborative work culture between branch, assets team and support structure to enable sales teams to provide customer delight.
