Creation of Digital customer journeys for CSA customers
Customized solution as per the customer requirements
Competition benchmarking
Being up to date on latest innovations in the Retail Liabilities space
Identifying opportunities within the existing CSA base to grow the Savings book
Secondary Responsibilities:
'• Product training and awareness
Channel support and query resolution
Customer communication
Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities :

Stakeholder management to create solutions through collaborations
Knowledge of Channel Management will be preferred
