We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Electronic Components Product Upload & Listing Specialist to manage and optimize our product listings. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy, enhance product appeal, and apply SEO best practices for improved visibility.
Key Responsibilities: Product Management & Listing Optimization
• Upload product details, including specifications, pricing, images, variants, and SKUs.
• Write SEO-optimized product titles, and descriptions for enhanced visibility.
• Ensure content accuracy, consistency, and compliance with industry standards.
Quality Assurance & Content Enhancement
• Verify product descriptions, specifications, and pricing for precision.
• Maintain product listings by updating stock levels and removing discontinued items.
• Upload and manage high-quality product visuals with relevant edits.
SEO & Content Development
• Conduct keyword research to optimize product content for search engines.
• Develop and oversee engaging content for electronic components and development boards.
• Write and publish industry-relevant articles, product guides, and social media posts.
Inventory & Asset Management
• Ensure timely stock updates and inventory control for accurate listings.
• Manage digital assets, including datasheets and related resources.
Collaboration & Engagement
• Work closely with team members to enhance product listings and website content.
• Promote content across social networks and monitor user engagement.
• Exhibit problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities in content management.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electronics or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 1+ years in e-commerce product listing and content management.
• Technical Skills:
• Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) (e.g., WordPress).
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Spreadsheets for data management.
• Familiarity with basic image editing tools for product visuals.
• SEO Knowledge: Understanding of SEO principles for optimizing content.
• Attention to Detail: Strong ability to ensure content accuracy and consistency.
• Efficiency: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal skills for content creation and collaboration.
• Independence & Collaboration: Capability to work independently while coordinating with team members.
