Job Description
Build Agile processes and stage gates to measure and monitor Product Delivery.
Drive the execution of product roadmap using Agile and demonstrated analytical and technical skills.
Drive Executive meetings with key stakeholders for each program to help make key decisions, remove obstacles, and address key program issues.
Provide visibility to program status (issues, risks, metrics, etc.) on an ongoing basis through push status reporting (to all stakeholders, team members, and interested parties).
Manage \"program/feature\" dependencies across multiple teams, scrum teams, functions, divisions, and stakeholders.
Anticipate and remove obstacles that slow down or prevent project teams from delivering project goals, with a sense of urgency.
Partner with cross-functional teammates to drive alignment meetings.
Minimum Qualifications
8+ years program management experience leading large scale, enterprise product programs.
Deep experience with Agile software development lifecycle. Strong knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, Asana.
Ability to master technical subjects and technologies relevant to the program.
At ease working evening hours to overlap with organization in US.
Outstanding organizational, communication, and relationship building skills conducive to driving consensus; able to work well in a cross-functional, matrix management environment.
Preferred Qualifications
An understanding of financial capital markets and various financial instruments (such as stocks, ETFs, Mutual Funds, etc.).
Experience with advisor facing and tech-driven investment teams
