Key Responsibilities:
Product Analysis and Improvement:
Assist in reviewing app and website functionalities to identify areas for enhancement.
Collaborate with the development team to implement improvements and ensure seamless user experience.
Feature Development:
Work with stakeholders to gather requirements for new features and functionalities.
Document and prioritize product features based on user feedback and business goals.
Client Communication and Product Promotion:
Connect with potential clients to explain product features and benefits.
Convince clients about the value and suitability of the product for their needs.
Address client queries and concerns to build trust and ensure satisfaction.
Market Research:
Conduct competitor analysis to understand industry trends and recommend strategies for product differentiation.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and user preferences.
Customer Feedback and Support:
Gather and analyze user feedback to improve product offerings.
Work with the support team to resolve user issues and enhance overall satisfaction.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain detailed documentation for all product updates, features, and workflows.
Prepare and present regular progress reports to the product manager or leadership team.
Key Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Basic understanding of app and website development processes.
Excellent communication and persuasion abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office, project management tools, and documentation software.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and learn new tools quickly.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
Prior internship or experience in product management, client communication, or related roles (preferred but not mandatory).
