Job Purpose:
IDFC FIRST Bank seeks to offer comprehensive demat and ASBA services to its customers, aiming to provide full-service banking and investment management. The incumbent will lead the bank's effort to develop a well-rounded product proposition and offering that encompasses all aspects of a customer's interactions with the bank.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Define Process Flow for Instant Demat Account and Paper-Based Demat Account Offering
Define process flow for ASBA application
Design and Update Account Opening, Services Request Form, and Demat Servicing Forms
Closely work with Compliance, NSDL Team on Regulatory Updates
Evaluate and Benchmark the Demat Charge Scheme
Support on Demat and ASBA Application Testing Coordination with Exchange and NSDL
Closely work with Net Banking Team and ASBA Application Team for Customer Journey Improvement
Enhance and Evaluate the ASBA Offering of the Bank
Train and Resolve Queries on Demat and ASBA Offering to Front-End Teams
Develop 3-in-1 Offering with Demat and Bank Accounts with SEBI Registered Broker
Managerial and Leadership Responsibilities:
Digital Campaign to Open Demat Account to Existing Customer Base
Digital Campaign to Existing Customer Base to Use IDFC FIRST Bank Account for ASBA Offering
Work with Marketing Team on Website Updates and Changes Prior to Regulatory Changes and Product Offering
Education Qualification:
Graduate - Any Degree
Experience:
5-10 Years
