About the role
At Origin Zero, we’re on a bold mission to scale next-generation energy solutions that help strategic, and enterprise customers reach net zero. As our Product Manager, you’ll drive product innovation from idea to implementation—delivering real impact, not just roadmaps.
This isn’t just product management… It is product leadership! You’ll design and own the end-to-end product lifecycle across our Enterprise & Strategic Customers value stream, ensuring each product is well designed and engineered to standard, commercially compelling, operationally feasible, and deeply valued by our customers. You’ll work alongside passionate experts and collaborate across sales, marketing, engineering, operations, and more to bring solutions to life.
Your responsibilities will include:
Defining and executing a bold product strategy aligned to Origin Zero’s growth ambitions
Design and engineer innovative products using market insights, customer research, and agile product practices
Driving cross-functional collaboration to launch, optimise, and scale offerings that are commercially viable and matter to our customers
Championing performance, tracking product KPIs, and continuously improving delivery
What will you bring?
You will be a strategic thinker with product experience in energy, tech, or data-led environments. Be driven by impact, not just process and be someone who can balance big vision with detailed execution. You will be curious and customer centric, with a track record of building great products and teams. You will also demonstrate:
Proven experience in product management, strategy, or service design
Exposure to commercial modelling, pricing, customer segmentation and go-to-market delivery
Tertiary qualifications—business, engineering, or innovation preferred
Product Owner certification, Agile, HCD, Lean, or Six Sigma is a bonus
