We are growing rapidly, and seeking a Product Manager to support in delivering our ambitious roadmap for our Tours & Cruises team!

Luxury Escapes is an in-person company. We work and collaborate together, face to face in our Barangaroo office.

Job Description

Your responsibilities

Facilitate the development of a product vertical withing the LE Ecosystem, working closely with the rest of the business to deliver the best travel platform worldwide.
Help transform our Tours & Cruises technology to further grow its potential as a profit centre
Translate complex financial and data concepts into clear technical requirements
Collaborate with engineering, commercial, finance and other teams in order to execute upon goals
Lead the vision, strategy, and execution for products that you manage
Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from problem selection and statement to delivery and optimisation
Set, measure, and improve success metrics for the products you manage.

Qualifications

Your background

Experience of Product Management in dynamic, fast-paced environments
SQL and Excel Proficiency preferred
Proven problem-solver who is willing to roll up your sleeves to get the job done and find the right solution
Solid experience in growing products through agile planning and rapid prioritisation
Strong collaboration skills, and ability to influence cross-functional teams. This means you have exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Commercially-savvy with the ability to talk fluently with leaders about financial concepts
Demonstrated success in defining metrics to manage excellent products.
