Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to lead our product portfolio for screen and digital textile printing machines. This is a cross-functional leadership role that will act as a central hub for all product-related matters, ensuring seamless coordination across sales, R&D, service, marketing, operations, commercial, and customer support teams. The ideal candidate should come from a B2B industrial products background, preferably within the textile machinery and must be capable of owning the entire life cycle of the product —from concept to commercialisation.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage the complete product portfolio for both screen and digital printing machines.
Gather, analyse, and translate customer and market requirements into actionable product road maps.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, operations, service, R&D, supply chain, and marketing) to deliver market-leading products.
Lead new product introductions (NPI), improvements, and life cycle management.
Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
Be the single point of contact for product-related decisions and communication across internal and external stakeholders.
Prepare product training materials and support pre-sales and post-sales activities.
Ensure alignment with business objectives and profitability goals.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (Electrical, Electronics or Textile Technology preferred).
6–12 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in B2B industrial machinery
Strong understanding of product life cycle management in a manufacturing setup.
One-stop-shop” mindset (problem-solving, ownership), having Influence on exports, dealers, distributors and global markets
Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
