• Understanding Business requirement and documenting it
• Engagement and timely closures of proposal/ plans / designs with internal and external stakeholders w.r.t new solutions/ use cases
• Completely own the assigned product including research, conceptualization, acquisition, adoption, engagement and customer experience.
• Design innovative and elegant solutions for complex workflows. Create things that people will love and talk about.
• Develop wireframes, user stories, customer journeys, behavioral specifications and personas. Create business case to justify the proposed investment.
• Prepare and execute detailed User Acceptance Testing Projects / Fixes as per the requirement in Mobile Banking projects
• Help business implement technology solutions in a cost effective way by determining the requirements of a project or program and communicating them clearly to stakeholders, facilitators and partners
• Coordination with various Departmental Heads / Users like Business team, Product Team, IT, Vendors etc. to execute projects as per requirement
• Work with Internal customers to resolve their issues, identify opportunities for automation to minimize manual intervention
• Supporting business in case of live issues by coordinating with technology and getting it resolved in the expected TAT
• Conduct periodic meetings with business partners to share overall status of work, progress, issues etc.
• Working with multiple delivery and business partner teams
• Prepare User Guides and train users on newly developed Systems
• Provide inputs to process team while preparing processes related to systems
• Maintain Timely & Accurate MIS and Reporting.
• Knowledge of entire project SDLC and active involvement in projects from requirement documentation to post production support
Job Requirements:
• Relevant work experience with exposure to digital & technology
• Awareness of latest technology and comfortable working with Webservices/Api/SQL
• Should have good analytical skills, an eye for detail and positive attitude in terms of finding best solution to problems, issues or requirements
• Strong appreciation of User Experience, User Centric design
• Ability to balance customer needs with business objectives.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Min Qualification: B.E/B.Tech
• Highest ethical standards – able to maintain discretion and confidentiality
• Collaborative, positive team player with the ability to navigate different teams
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and service mentality
