Job Description
• Product management Product, policy and processes - To enhance product features as per the business and market needs, introduction and improvement of policies and processes.
• Budgets & Profitability Budgets & Profitability - Budgeting & Analyzing Costing, Profitability, EOP / ANR / COA / PBT Tracking & taking corrective action incase there is a deviation from the Plan Portfolio Management Portfolio Management - Monitoring EOP movements & growth in portfolio for mortgage products.
• Verifying any sudden movement in ALM / Portfolio Channel management - Channel management - Liase with internal and external channels, track and analyse channel performance.
• Assist sales team and drive business through business trackers, product training, performance trackers, marketing activities for channel and sales team.
• Performance management Performance management - Review and design scorecards in line with business objectives.
• Moniter teams performance through scorecard and productivity trackers and guide and drive the team for the same Complaint management Complaint management - Resolving customer complaints within tat and with customer satisfaction.
• Analytics Analytics - identify and drive new opportunities through pre qualified and pre approved campaign Marketing activities and campaign Marketing activities and campaign - Drive lead generation through email / sms campaign / visibility drives for channels X sell X sell - Driving the x sell for lap which includes Assets / FD / CASA.
• Drive sales team for sourcing insurance business through channel partners.
• System issues and enhancements System issues and enhancements - Design, Enhance, Automate, streamline and stabilize the systems & processes therby reducing TAT without compromising on accuracy levels.
Skills
• Sound knowledge of ms office, data management and analysis, well versed with product, policy and processes, Sound domain knowledge of banking and understanding of complaints Management, Loan industry, regulatory aspects
• Good understanding of Sales, Operation, credit and processes.
• Solutions oriented and troubleshooting approach.
