Job Title: Product and Project Manager
Job Description:
We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst/ Product Manager to join us in our tech team. The candidate will be responsible for ideating, prototyping, and evaluating new functions for the existing applications and possible new applications. The candidate should have experience in core product management and know the core product concepts of usability, feasibility, value, viability. The candidate should also have experience working in scrum/agile environments not just for delivery but also for product management.
Responsibilities:
• Ideate, prototype, evaluate new functions for the existing applications and possible new applications
• Worked in scrum/agile environments not just for delivery but also for product management
• Document detailed requirements basis discussions between vendor teams and our team, using prototyping tools as well as standard word/excel BRD templates
• Day to day follow up and coordination when same is delegated
• Understand the applications from a functional point of view and provide inputs on what can be done better or differently
• Should be able to logically discuss any new changes or requirements and suggest better alternatives when available to internal and external stakeholders
• Ideate at least 5 ideas in a week and prototype the ones which are high potential as per discussions with stakeholders
• Guide Audit team on test cases creation for new functionality and review all QA results – manual and automated
• Build a brand for company using blogs/webinars/virtual hangouts with influencers
Skills and Qualifications:
• High logical aptitude
• Excellent communication
• Always in initiate and act mode
• Worked on products from ground up, as a product or project manager, preferably in Fintech/Payments space
• Ownership of tasks and independent execution when required
• SQL hands-on, coding in any language would be a plus
