The role in a gist:
FlexiLoans is looking for a Product Manager who is passionate about solving high impact problems in a fast paced start-up environment with a high degree of autonomy. This is inherently a cross-functional leadership role where you will work closely with teams Engineering, Marketing,Sales, Credit, etc to bring a new product to life. We are scaling fast and we consider this role to be the engine for our growth.
What will you work on:
End to end ownership of a product lifecycle & roadmap. Analytical mind-set that makes data-informed decisions.
Work with Engineering, Customer Success, and Business to ideate improvements that address company objectives.
Improve the conversion funnel from Lead generation to disbursal by re-imagining the customer journeys, launching new products and by enabling more transparency and speed to the process.
Be the voice of the customer and be fully committed to resolve all pain points of the customer. Rapidly iterate front end assets and customer touchpoints to cater to ever evolving market trends and customer profiles
Swift execution of experiments and A/B tests to validate hypotheses and use that to build business cases,pitch ideas, and gain buy-in from stakeholders.
Bring visibility on funnels and customer journeys by detailed data tracking for all your initiatives.
Evaluate new product/customization viability and build recommendations of go or no-go decisions for your product. Turn incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs into solid action plans.
Ideal candidate:
Fluent written and spoken English
Microsoft Office skills at an advanced user level
High degree of business acumen in regards to management skills, social skills, including communication, organizational skills, product knowledge, problem solving, prioritization, diplomacy, negotiation skills, teamwork, customer-oriented
Qualification and Experience:
4+ years of experience in Product or growth role.
Proven track record scaling a customer facing business
Exposure to tools like Clevertap, Mixpanel, Mo engage, Google Analytics, Whatsapp Business APIs preferred.
Impeccable verbal and written communication skills. You are the guardian of customer experience.
Keen attention to detail and visual presentation.
A strong bias for action and a high ownership mentality.
