Job Summary Universal Ads is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Product Manager to join our team and help shape the future of Universal Ads Manager. In this role, you will collaborate across teams to deliver new features, improve the advertiser experience, and drive product adoption. You will play a key role in creating an industry-leading experience for advertisers. Job Description Core Responsibilities Ideate, prioritize, and lead the development of new features to enhance the Universal Ads Manager experience. Continuously improve existing features and workflows based on feedback, analytics, and industry best practices. Work closely with engineering, design, and product marketing to ensure seamless development and delivery of features. Write clear and detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) to guide development and ensure alignment across teams. Actively support the product team in achieving broader goals, contributing to team initiatives and fostering a collaborative work environment. Focus on delivering value to advertisers by improving retention, growing advertiser count, and driving increased ad spend through Universal Ads Manager. Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings and provide key insights to the product org. Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance. Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Skills Product Design Management, Product Launches, Product Management Compensation Primary Location Pay Range: $10+,574.76 - $164,362.14 Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
