Role Details:
• End to end Product Management in order to grow Affordable Home Loan business across the branches and states
• Training Content development for branch & Channel personnel along with effective delivery mechanism to improve the performance and productivity
• Competition mapping with regular market study and providing timely input for product improvement
• Handling execution of various projects within the timeframe which impact the organization growth
• Effective coordination among various departments to enable business growth through effective product improvement
• Execution of New Product implementation for Affordable Home Loan
• Ensuring minimum COA & Driving Profitability Parameters
Experience : 3-to-5-year experience affordable housing candidate from product or central credit Team.
