Job Description
As a Product Manager in Light, you will be responsible for launch of technology products and projects on aggressive timelines. The projects will span a diverse range of areas: adding tech enabled business capabilities, relentlessly driving down cost of operations through tech interventions, supporting rapidly changing regulatory mandates, and tech integrations with business partners. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including software teams, designers, and business teams, to ensure that the right products are delivered on time, and within budget. This is a high impact position, requiring technology awareness, strong people skills, platform thinking, cross functional collaboration and multi-tasking.
This is a “work from anywhere” position (we do have our head-office in Ahmedabad).
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute product roadmaps that align with the company's overall strategy and goals.
• Translate high level business objectives to programs and projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements, using customer feedback, market research, and competitive analysis.
• Define product features and specifications, create user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure that the product is developed according to specifications and delivered on time.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and user experience (UX) testing to ensure that the product meets user needs and is easy to use.
• Drive customer adoption and engagement
• Build the business case for product investments and gain internal approval
• Monitor and analyze product performance, gathering data and insights to make informed decisions about product enhancements, updates, and new releases.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and other stakeholders, representing their needs and advocating for product improvements.
• Work with internal stakeholders and third parties to assess and establish partnerships
