Product Manager (AGM Grade) Leading Bank Bangalore

Key Position in the Sr Management Group, Looking for candidates who have similar experience in co or previous company.
• Will be a Product Manager for NPCI's Bharat Bill Payment System across all Bank customer touch points (Bank Mobile app, Internet Banking, Digital Wallet, InstaBIZ etc..)
• Involved in capturing product requirements via analysing needs, business regulatory ask, prioritization, tracking, development and planning of campaign for market uptake.
• Increase in transaction count for few bill pay categories
• Involved in stakeholder management and communication across Marketing, Tech, Analytics, Customer Success, Compliance and Platform teams to drive new initiatives and ensure successful delivery
• Identifying growth areas for new API development and ensuring adoption among internal channels to improve business process or enhance user journey
• Resolving live customer issues by identifying problem areas and providing resolution within TAT
• Should have a decent understanding of the regulatory and compliance requirements of Banks
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and project management skills
• Ability to execute the plans at ground levels and same time managing TOP Management
