With a focus on efficiency and innovation across asset classes—such as securities, derivatives, and alternatives—Synergy leverages AI-driven insights and a cloud-native infrastructure to normalize data, generate actionable insights, and resolve exceptions in real time through collaborative engagement.About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Bank Loan Operations individuals to join the AccessFintech Product Team. Candidate must have direct knowledge of the syndicated loans industry and can leverage relevant industry knowledge. The ideal candidate understands the full lifecycle of loans and how they operate from origination to payoff/restructure including experience with activity such including booking trades and processing activity such as rate resets, interest payments, paydowns and other activities. Candidate understands all data points involved with loans and reporting and should have experience with cash and position reconciliation.Candidate needs to be self-motivated and take initiative beyond obvious tasks, leveraging peers both internally and externally, where relevant. Candidate must have direct knowledge of the syndicated loans industry and can leverage relevant industry knowledge and identify key targets within loans operations. AccessFintech is centered around evolution, collaboration, and innovation, therefore candidate will be comfortable with idea sharing and ongoing learning.
